Marriage license requirements from around the USA

Two parties must apply for a marriage license and have a ceremony within 90 days in the State of California to be legally married.

A marriage license is valid for 60 days from the date of issuance and can be used in any county in Florida – not just the one in which it was issued. A certified copy of both birth certificates will be required to obtain a marriage license.
